Is this an emergency or medical service?
No. Vela supports a daily connection. It cannot confirm that someone is awake, safe, or healthy, and does not replace emergency services or professional care.
What happens after I join?
We’ll write when your family can start. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or start a paid plan.
